How we can understandingVForm each other?
Why would it be harder for people from different cultures to communicate with each other than for people from the same culture to do so? Many other countries have different values, beliefs, and communication styles. When people who have grownPreposition and educatedVTense in Korea, have plan to visit other countries, they read thingsVague written in foreign countries, to watchParallel movies made in foreign countries, and so forth. So it is helpful if they learn something about the special skills needed for intercultural communication. In case of my country, when other foreigners visit Korea, they should consider severalCut ours sense of values because of understanding each otherAwkward.
First of all, be careful, and don't speak directly or don't jump to conclusions too quickly. One of the most common problems in communication is misunderstanding. People from different cultures often think and act in very different ways, and an action that means one thing to
a Korean person might mean something very different to a visitor. KoreanSing/Plu usually doesn't speak directly to someone andConj/Trans leave the listeners to figure out what the point is. When they speak directly, it might be regarded as a rudeness personAwkward or listeners {***}MissingWfeel really uncomfortable. Because they are educated for etiquette which indirectly speaking way is a good manner.
It is better to avoid aArt straight talking. For instance, if he or she go shippingSpl one day, when he or she try to wear a new clothWForm, then someone said to him or her like "I don't think that cloth goes very well with the rest of your outfit." This expression is considered the person who is kind of rudeness personAwkward and have no common sense. In this situation it would be better to say like "May be other cloth looks even better than the one you have on." Therefore, the first thing good communicators need to learn how indirectly speaking,Awkward also do not speak to jump to conclusions if a foreigner says something that seems strange or even bad. Instead, they need to be cautious about how they try to understand what foreigners say.
Secondly, Always keep trying to learn more and understand in any Korean communities, teams, and groups in Korea. People who come from very different cultural backgrounds tend not to understand each other very well, so the best long-term solution is to always keep trying to learn more. Korean who grows up and live in Korea thinks a racially homogeneous nation themselves. Their society is consisted of a community. So when they try to do whatever anything???, they prefer to do it together more than by alone.
If visitors act separately from community or being individualismAwkward, they will be regarded as self-centered person. {***}MissingWAlso be treated distantly by Korean person. Korean people have a warm-heart humanity, so they like to dine with colleagues after finish their business which their place of workAwkward. It is a pleasure and a great interest in having a conversation about their life stories, and personal thing. As people who have visited Korea would know, most of groups are a particularly method of information of data collection to visitors in KoreaAwkward. Koreans are naturally social. Talking and discussing comes naturally in groups. And after the group working, the visitor has more chances to get collecting informationAwkward in the coffee house or on the mobile phone. Remember, Koreans like to exchange of information by word of mouse. If visitors who have plan to stay long term, they should consider getVForm in any community or team anything like official or privateAwkward. Within the community, they could be learnVTense how make to do and say more better and fast.
In conclusion, when foreigners have plans to visit in Korea, they should think to join any community and associated with people. It could be make understand each other. They might be to understand better and faster. People who share the same culture can usually understand each other much better than people who are from different cultures, so the "gap of understanding" is usually much greater in communication. This makes it especially important for people to be careful in how they communicate and understand. On the other hand, however, even two people from the same culture never understand each other completely. They have different personalities, experiences, knowledge, and viewpoints, and they still have at least some "gap of understanding" - often a rather large one. So, the same rules that make someone a good communicator also apply to communication between any two people. One more respect about the communicator, they may need a personality to understand their values, beliefs, and communication styles.{1}
